How do i convince my husband?

Hi my husband is having his engineering exams next month. I really want him to clear all the papers he is appearing this time.

But the problem is he works for 12 hours for five days - shift duties. The moment he comes home.... he is too tired to study so I don’t say anything to him and I don’t disturb him if he watches TV or sits on the comp.

He doesn’t have any leaves due from office. The only option left is his offs. But he spends lot of time on computer and remaining very little on his studies.

If I say anything to him he gets irritated and scolds me that he knows what he should do…and he don’t speak to me for a while….

What should I do? How can I convince him without making him angry?
