Ideas for Christmas Dinner please?

We have decided not to have the traditional turkey roast dinner on christmas day. I have bought some chorizo with which I intend to cook with red wine as in the Tapas dish. This will be a sort of side dish to our main course. The thing is I cant decide what to do as a main dish for the dinner. I have some prawns in the freezer I could use and I will obviously have some leftover chorizo. Can anybody please give me some ideas as to what I could cook. Im not adverse to using turkey. Im getting a bit worried now as I like to be organised and christmas is only the week after next. Thanks guys.
