Why are so many women single?

I'm a guy, who has had pretty good luck with women, but I'm just wondering why so many good looking women are single, and I have so many good guy friends who struggle to get a girl. Some girls say there's a shortage of good men. I don't know if I believe that.

cuz most guys are shy when asking out girls (i was and im a nice guy ) but when they start 2 ask out girls they get the hang of it and then it works

where are you from, you are lucky as hell. Every time I go approch a girl to ask her out I find out she has a boyfriend or any girl i like or consider dating I see them haning out with there boy friends I cant find girls that are single ! where im from evey girl seems taken.

Because some women are really shallow when it comes to men. They believe that there's someone out there FOR them, someone that fits every detail of their dreams, and they "wait" for him, denying everyone else along the way.
